OUR HISTORY
On November 12th, 1928, Charles A. Klein, Sr. opened his shop for business, providing general vehicle repairs and towing in a small two-bay building, which is still in use today.
Over the decades, West End Service grew from a local repair shop into a trusted name in the towing industry. To expand our capabilities and better serve customers, West End Service became an authorized Miller Industries retailer, boosting the sales side of our operations and allowing us to offer industry-leading wrecker and carrier equipment.
In the summer of 2023, West End Service was acquired by All Roads, strengthening our connection to sales, parts, and service for towing professionals and the trucking industry across the East Coast. Today, the business continues to operate proudly in the heart of Ellicott City, with dedicated bays for mounting and servicing carrier and wrecker bodies—and the third generation of the Klein family still active in daily operations.
